Inspired by the boulevards of Paris but refashioned to reflect the local context, “The Boulevard” is a 112-acre project on the outskirts of Pune. The project aims to set an example for sustainable development in Pune by promoting an environment in which walkability, transit and over 15 acres of open spaces are prioritized over automobiles.

Conceived as a mixed-use township the overall program will house 7,500 residential units ranging in type from affordable to luxury. 17 acres of amenity space is developed as a town center with commercial and retail space, including a school, hospital, hotels, sports and medicine/wellness center, rendering a strong sense of place and community.

The Masterplan is curated around a multi-lane “grand boulevard”, complemented by storefronts and restaurants with well-connected walkways and public spaces.
