Kharadi is a suburb along the eastern corridor, located along the Airport road. It is one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods driven by Information Technology offices, hotels and residential development.

The rapid growth in the region calls for planned development in infrastructure, land use and transportation strategy. SPAP envisioned fine-grained planning with compact land use, smaller block sizes, parks and open spaces, all connected with an integrated network of streets.

Developed on the principles of Transit Oriented Development, the vision plan looks at strategies to promote walkability, a variety of building types and balanced use of residential and commercial developments within walking distances. Parks and Open spaces are distributed uniformly along the entire master-planned area.
