Located along the Pune Bangalore Interstate Highway, the Ginger Karad Hotel intends to cater to the basic lodging needs of the commuters on this route. The design approach of this residential building is simple and functional but exudes individuality.

The primary challenge for designing a budget hotel is keeping it economically sensible. This was achieved by prioritising usable and functional space over extravagance. The project demands comfort and efficiency and not high-end services or design.

This is a 72 Key accommodation facility where the occupants can access a small banquet, a cafeteria, and a dine-in restaurant. The hotel also houses a small conference room, a reception lobby and a gymnasium.
