Sindh Housing is one of the most recognized societies in Pune. Originally planned in 1960′s, it is a single family neighborhood of villas and bungalows with thick tree cover and greenery.

The primary goal of this project is to implement a neighbourhood improvement program through street design, sustainable best practices in stormwater management, enhanced arrival experience, refurbishment of the existing Dada Vaswani Statue and the redevelopment of the pre-existing clubhouse.

An urban design audit of existing conditions was carried out along with providing recommendations of Urban Design Concepts to include Arrival Experience, traffic Flow Patterns, Entry Gate Designs, Intersection Design, Material Palette, Signage guidelines, Traffic Calming, Stormwater management/ Rain gardens, Lighting Design, Pedestrian Improvements etc.
