Master-planned as one of Maharashtra’s first thoroughly planned agricultural communities, 350 acre Urban Harvest project would be centered on organic farming, growing of food, support and maintenance of farms through an organized co-operative.

The project will primarily focus on urban dwellers looking for a retreat into nature and those passionate about growing their food. The business model intends to provide Organic farming plots with Cabins/Cottages, animal sheds and stables and informal sitting areas with dedicated agricultural support through a co-operative which will maintain the farms and provide services for the maintenance and upkeep of the farming land.

The agricultural community will also consist of complementary areas such as animal farms, a visitor’s centre, a horseback trail, and a health and wellness centre amidst farms. More importantly, a market square is planned to house a weekly farmers market, culinary school, organic restaurant and a farmers/members co-operative.
