Savitribai Phule University Master plan Proposal is an extension of UOP Vision Plan 2020 created by the University through stakeholder engagement in 2006.
A Framework plan takes into consideration the future growth of the campus while retaining the green cover for the campus.

The Campus Master plan focuses on enhancing the connectivity, walkability and flexibility to accommodate the future uses of the campus. New streets and pedestrian pathways interweave through the courtyards of buildings forming a web of connections. The Master plan conceptualises distinct zoning, a network of open spaces, a sports village and a student’s village for the campus. Architecture guidelines and signage regulations will enhance the overall identity of the campus.
